I am an abstract painter working with layered, gestural mark-making to explore themes of resilience, disruption, but also of growth and repair.

My process is intuitive—building and breaking down surfaces to create works that hold a sense of movement, tension, and emotional depth. Where control and surrender coexist and where traces of what came before remain visible beneath the surface.

Influenced by my experience in arts-based rehabilitation, these works reflect an ongoing interest in transformation and the complexities of human experience. Each artwork becomes a record of its own making, holding within it a history of decisions, erasures, and re-emergence .
